Illegal road racing and its legal implications.

The followinf description deals with a road crash resulting from a racce between two young drivers. The crash led to the deaths of two teenage pedestrians. The resulting court case was of particular interest in that it clarified issues regarding the extent of the responsibilities of drivers involved in road racing.
